REFUND POLICY



JADE Shop has a 14-day return policy. If 14 days have gone since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To return or exchange items, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original designer tag and JADE tag still attached.

Important! Please insert the return voucher, included in your order. Otherwise we can’t accept the return or exchange. Please click to download the return voucher.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size. Exchanges are based on stock availability. If the desired size isn’t available you will obtain a refund of the bought items or a store credit as soon as we received the goods in the conditions according to the refund policy. You can use your store credit for your next purchase on www.jade-shop.be.

We don’t except cancellations and our regular online return does not count during sale periods and on accessories and lifestyle products.

All personal data will only be used for processing the order and to send you information. We will never pass on your data to third parties.
You can call up your data and correct it and refuse to allow us to use your data to send you information. All you have to do is request this in writing to the adress above or to online@jade-shop.be.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders should arrive within 2-10 workdays after the payment has been received, but may vary depending on the destination. JADE Shop is not responsible for any delays of your package during delivery, JADE Shop has no control over this. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

You understand and agree that JADE Shop shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. JADE Shop will provide you with the tracking number and contact information for the shipping company as needed. Once this information is provided to you, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact and deal with the shipping company. We do not assume any responsibility for lost packages.
JADE Shop is not liable for any damage to sold items due to unconventional use by the customer.

IMPORT TAX

When ordering goods from JADE Shop for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes that apply to your country. JADE Shop is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and JADE Shop cannot predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.

PAYMENT METHODS

Purchases made through the JADE Shop online store are secured through trusted internet payment processing companies Stripe and PayPal. All personal debit and credit card information transmitted are handled by secured connections. All personal contact information transmitted to us will not be shared, sold or solicited.

AVAILABILITY

We try our best to keep our webstore as up to date as possible. Even though our online stock is updated automatically, there is always a possibility the ordered item(s) marked “available” are not available in desired sizing and/or sold out.

DISCOUNTS

All discounts on www.jade-shop.be are informal. JADE Shop reserves the right to change the prices, specifically when this is mandatory by law.

UNCONTROLLABLE CIRCUMSTANCES

JADE Shop reserves the right to, in circumstances beyond control, stop the processing of an order and ultimately cancel the order without any damage restitution. This will be communicated to the designated customer within 3 working days.
Uncontrollable circumstances are defined as any shortcomings not directly related to products and services provided by JADE Shop.
